• The VR-1 is offered in individual panels, links (Bi Fold Panels), pads or rolls. The VR-1 self-seal panel filters are manufactured from high quality synthetic polyester fibers. The media is progressively structured and the fibers are thermally bonded to eliminate fiber migration. The media is treated with a proprietary tackification process that treats all of the fibers to eliminate particle migration of paint damaging particles downstream regardless of the vibration typically found in industrial spray booths or prep stations. The VR-1 panel filter or pad utilizes a perfect balance of efficiency and pressure drop to optimize performance over the life of the filter.
• The VR-1 Self-Seal 2-ply panel filter can be used to upgrade automotive, aerospace, furniture, industrial equipment or any surface coating that requires dust free finishes.
• The VR-1 is available in self-seal panel filters, rolls, or cut pads.
• The Viskon-Aire* VR-1 media has been tested to ASHRAE 52.2-2017 and the Particle Migration Test (PMT).
