• Fast, Accurate Data That Pros Need: With 99.8% accurate advanced conductance testing technology, the BT600 Plus delivers consistent, reliable battery diagnostics. Trusted by the pros, it supports the fast, data-driven decision-making that repair shops, service centers, and fleet operations need.
• On-Board Power: A First for TOPDON Battery Testers: The BT600 Plus is the first TOPDON battery tester with its own onboard power source. This game-changing feature gives shops and service centers new flexibility in how and where they work—from in-bay diagnostics to bench testing and training sessions.
• Large Display for Faster Workflows: The BT600 Plus allows you to diagnose batteries in less time with more confidence. The large 3.5-inch display screen delivers quick, easy-to-read results, improving your testing speed and recording accuracy.
• Full-Range Testing Across Battery Systems: The BT600 Plus ensures you can handle any battery with one tool. It supports tests for 6V, 12V, and 24V lead-acid batteries, as well as cranking, charging, and system tests for 12V and 24V batteries. And, with two sets of test leads, you'll never struggle to clamp onto a terminal again. The BT600 Plus works with flooded, AGM, GEL, and EFB lead-acid batteries.
• Convenient Flexibility for Multiple Chemistry Types: The BT600 Plus's capability stretches beyond lead-acid. It supports internal resistance measurements for lithium, alkaline, and carbon-zinc batteries, as well—ideal for battery distributors and manufacturers.
• Streamlined Sequence Testing for Up to 500 Batteries: The BT600 Plus can perform fast, efficient sequence tests on up to 500 batteries per group (with support for up to 10 groups). Easily set voltage or resistance thresholds to automatically alert to underperforming units, so you can streamline batch testing and boost quality control.
• Cut the Cord. Keep the Data: Unlike most battery testers, you don’t need to stay tethered to the battery to check your past readings. The BT600 Plus’s integrated battery lets you disconnect and take the unit wherever you need it. Review data, compare results, and make decisions right at the bench—without running back and forth to the vehicle.
• Ultra-Convenient On-Board Data Tracking: You'll be able to store and review up to 10 of the last results with the BT600 Plus's on-board data storage. Monitor battery performance trends, compare results, and make better decisions with on-hand testing data.
• Low Voltage? No Problem: With its built-in battery, the BT600 Plus can test voltages as low as 2 volts. Competing testers that rely solely on the tested battery’s power can’t operate at these levels, typically cutting off around 9.6 volts. That means the BT600 Plus can diagnose deeply discharged batteries that other tools can’t even power on to read.
• Instant Reporting with Built-in Thermal Printer: Track data and create reports instantly with the BT600 Plus's built-in thermal printer. You'll never lose the testing data you need for quality control, testing accuracy, and compliance.
